We are a residential leasing company, an apartment locator. We work strictly for commissions from property owners -- there is no charge to you. We represent nearly all "multifamily" projects and San Antonio apartments for rent outside the city center, many in the center, and have some resources to lease individual units -- i.e., houses and duplexes. 
We have been in the Texas condo rentals business since 1986 and are locally owned and operated. There is no obligation to the customer in using our services and we are helpful in all aspects of relocation. Our reputation for hard work and honesty makes us a good recommendation to anyone relocating to San Antonio and requiring information about San Antonio townhomes (and other San Antonio rentals), San Antonio condos (and other San Antonio rentals) and Texas condos in general.
